Miss Shamour is a Siamese cat fairy from the Hope Kingdom. She comes out of the Princess Lesson Pad to teach the Cures and act as their mentor. In her human form, which she can transform into at will, she is a tall, slim woman with black twintails. Her name comes from the "Chamois leather", a type of material used in leather bags.
