茅ヶ崎のエルフ

An elf uncle who loves barbecues and marine sports. He's very caring and acts like a dependable (?) big brother figure for the elves in Hiratsuka. When the topic turns to the so-called Shounan issue—where exactly Shounan begins and ends—he becomes a pitiful Shounan monster who loses all sense of reason.
