Job(s): Peddler, Alchemist, Item Creator Spinel Fean is an alchemist and a former member of the merchant association The Star God's Pavilion. She joined Parabellum as their chief alchemist and as one of Rou's lovers. Intellectual type that works diligently on the tasks at hand. She was the first to express her feeling to Rou and sincerely thanked him for saving her from being raped.
