A trader who the Iron Gear had hoped to meet up with, he instead becomes their adversary when Kid Horla tricks Karas into thinking that the Iron Gear had attacked his forces. Karas is very dedicated to his wife Greta and younger brother Gary and swears revenge when Gary is killed following a battle.
