She has the ability to bewitch any man that has a weaker cultivation than her, this is how she exerts her power over the other snake people as queen, due to it being a passive ability she doesn't have full control over it and as such when she is naked the power can happen without her will. As she is one of the snake people she can resist most poisons and toxins.
