Height: 163 cm (5'3") A Hope's Peak Academy Reserve Course Student and a good friend of Mahiru Koizumi. She is a key subject in the Twilight Syndrome Murder Case featured in _Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair_ and later in _Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Despair Arc_. Satou was friends with Mahiru Koizumi in middle school. There, they were part of of the photography club along with Natsumi Kuzuryuu. When Mahiru attended Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Photographer, Sato followed her there by joining the Reserve Course. Satou was a heavily possessive and defensive person who would do anything to protect her friends, especially Mahiru, from being hurt.
