Minor Character. Mei goes to Seimei High School. Appears in Ep. 12 and 13. She joins Seimei's Kendo Club because of her friends. But later on, her friends quit the club because of the strict training. She decidedly wanted to quit after the practice match with Muroe High School 's Kendo Club.
