Boss and occasional father figure to the Angel Team. He is close to retiring and has variable patience with the girls. Volcott will occasionally worry about how a given situation with them might jeopardize his retirement benefits. According to one episode in the first season, when he is flustered or panicked, he starts vacuuming things.
