Togonosuke Makanai

The former Prime Minister of Arbrau, he was ousted and forced to exile on an island within the Oceanian Federation. After Makanai meets up with Kudelia upon her arrival on Earth, he requests for Tekkadan to escort him to a plenary session of parliament in hopes for his re-election.
